With the encouragement of my Significant Other, I hit the gym when I got home today while he made dinner.
I did about 15 minutes of hard walking cardio.
Shut Up and Dance & Honey, I’m Good. are both GREAT songs to do cardio to. They have a fast pace and a fun demeanor. You cannot listen to them and not smile!!
I only listened to one song before I took my headphones off and threw them on the floor while doing squats. It just kinda makes me feel like a badass.
This is my all time favorite cool down song. I listen to it on repeat. There’s just some vintage, cool vibe to it that I can’t say no to.
