Alright, I lost 22 pounds after college.
Working at a gym and holding three jobs really helped. I didn’t have time to snack! Or eat, really. I was skipping dinners sometimes because I was too tired to eat. I was feeling great!..Even though I was looking weight in an unconventional way.
Now I’ve been living with my boyfriend of 3.5 years for 4 months now. I moved because I got a job in the District. It’s a desk job. I’m not longer on my feet for 7+ hours a day, nor am I working out almost every night for an hour. Obviously, I gained back half of the weight I lost. (Ok, more than half..sheesh)
I’m starting this…because I need someone other than my sweetheart keeping me accountable for what I put in my pie hole. I’m still going to blog about beauty finds, clothes and such (I’m behind on that too, I KNOW!!) …but I want to use this as my diet diary. Food Log. Etc. I have too much at stake here, family history of diseases…you name is, someone in my family has it.
Help me. Comment here to support me or call me out when I do something bad. I swear I will admit when I crash and burn…I did this morning with a McDonald’s purchase.
I need to lay off fast food, gluten, sugar, and beer.
